For a standard 3-4 bedroom house, we typically complete installation in 3-5 working days. Larger projects or complex designs may take 7-10 days. You get an exact timeline in your written quotation.
Three written tiers: a 25-year Standard Warranty on all installations, a 50-year Premium Warranty on select Eurotile and Standing Seam systems (transferable to new property owners), and a Lifetime Structural Warranty on truss systems. Every project receives written documentation.
All 16 regions. Our head office is in Adenta with branches in Oyibi, Tema and Akosombo, and we mobilize teams nationwide for residential, commercial, industrial and government projects.
KEP is our proprietary 4-phase analysis applied to every installation: structural load and wind uplift modeling, climate-specific material selection, thermal expansion and rainfall intensity analysis, and installation methodology with quality checklist generation. It produces 14 quality checkpoints and runs on 100% of projects.
We supply everything from certified partners - Bluescope Steel, Stone Coat, Aluform and Butech - at competitive bulk rates. We can also work with materials you have already purchased, subject to a quality inspection first.
